Our promise to our customers is that we provide technical support when needed, my mobile phone number is always available, to answer any questions you may have and to solve any problems you may come across.
By far the most common problem we hear is that when you have a problem and you need it solving and it’s usually when you are in the middle of your process, that you can’t get through to America, or, they will call you back, or that the time difference is not in your favour, that’s where we differ.
We hold training days so no costly trips and we provide on-site problem solving, we can come to your premises and carry out water purity tests, air purity tests (this alone can cost over £300) and get you back chroming (please ring for details).
